My Career Mapping + Strategy 6-week Mentoring Program focuses on creating a map that points you towards dynamic business growth for either self-employment or your corporate career.

Remember that you are constantly growing and evolving as an individual within your career journey. By taking an active role in this process, you will consciously form your unique work identity.

My process begins when we identify the areas in which you are unsatisfied at work and how this affects all areas of your life. Together, we will:

1. Discover what passions or desires are missing in your day-to-day work and then incorporate these items into your work environment

2. Reassess the career you are currently in

$95/hr (Total 16 hours)

This program includes:  

• Intake Interview and Assessment Evaluation (3 hours)

• Creating the Development Plan (1 hour)

• 12 on-going Development Sessions (12 hours)​

Bundle of 3 Compass Sessions:
$110/hr (Total 6 hours)

This option is great to use as a launching point for anyone who wants to identify their thoughts and start putting their passions and purpose into motion.

Note: Compass sessions are for current and past clients that have completed the 6-Week Career Planning + Strategy journey.

Compass Sessions:
$120/hr (One Session at a time)

This is the best choice for those who want a quick jump start and only need a single conversation to get their thoughts in order, a soundboard and a push to help them take the steps they are already ready to make.

*Retainer based sessions are an option for those who want ongoing support in a non-structured format. This option can be used for a more "spontaneous" schedule on an as-needed basis. 

Change Maker believes that your emotional health is extremely important and financial challenges should not stand in the way of your ability to meet your goals. A sliding scale payment option is available.
