During that tender time, we’re free from the conditioning that makes us conform our innate values and self-expression to match the conventions of family, society and the overpowering influence of Western culture.

 

We all possess valuable potential that guides us to pursue our passions. I can help young people connect to their inner compass.

 

Young people need to feel supported, confident, pushed and believed in so they don’t conform, but rather thrive as creative and productive citizens of the Earth.

 

In high school they need guidance for college. And, while they are in their undergraduate programs they need access to post-college job searching resources.

 

When these young ones learn to believe in themselves they transform their consciousness.

 

Change Maker helps young people develop appropriate toolsets for lifelong success and fulfillment.

 

I help young adults and teens develop stronger:
 

  • Social and life skills

  • Work and college readiness skills

  • Self-confidence

  • Determination skills

 

Without these essential tools, no matter how much education they complete or if they have access to good opportunities, a young person will not easily achieve the success they desire in life.

 

They will just be following the social expectations without connection to their reasons for doing it - Most young people do things without clarity of their true passions and without knowing what they want. Often their decisions are based on pleasing their parents or following along with social norms and their friends.

 

Change Maker will help break this cycle.

 

Beyond academic support, young people also need a champion to guide them with developing appropriate social and life skills, work and college readiness skills, and self-confidence, worth and determination skills. Without these essential tools, no matter how much education they may complete, they will not easily find the success they desire in life.

 

I will empower you to make your own choices, commit to your goals and execute the strategies that will help you reach your desired outcome.

  • Helping to understand emotional reactions and reset thinking patterns to break emotional cycles

  • Instilling courage, confidence and hope and leading the participant onto a path to find, build, and strengthen self-esteem on his/her own

  • Empowering participants to cope with loss, challenges and major life crisis/change to cultivate psychological and emotional self-sufficiency

  • Assisting participants to develop strong management skills that is unique to his/her personality, strengths and weaknesses, living environments, and lifestyles

  • Enhancing decision making, critical thinking and problem solving skills while developing the ability to manage effective organization and productivity habits to keep him/her stay on track

  • Energizing, inspiring and encouraging a passionate, balanced, sustainable and stress-less lifestyle 

  • Being their champion!

3-Month Explore Your Horizons Program: 
$80/hr (Total = 16 hours)

This program includes:  

  • Intake Interview and Assessment Evaluation (3 hours)

  • Creating the Development Plan (1 hour)

  • 12 on-going Development Sessions (12 hours)​

Bundle of 3 Destiny Sessions:
$90/hr (Total 3 or 6 hours)


Use anytime you need my help to shine a light on areas that could use more clarity and illumination. This option is great to use as a launching point for anyone who wants to identify their thoughts and start putting their ideas/feelings/dreams into motion.

 

Note: Flashlight sessions are for current and past clients that have already taken the initial 3-month, Lighthouse journey.

Destiny Sessions:
$95/hr (One Session at a time)

​

This is the best choice for those who want a quick jump start and only need a single conversation to get their thoughts in order, a soundboard and a push to help them take the steps they are already ready to make.

 

*Retainer based sessions are an option for those who want ongoing support in a non-structured format. This option can be used for a more "spontaneous" schedule on an as-needed basis. 


Change Maker believes that your emotional health is extremely important and financial challenges should not stand in the way of your ability to meet your goals. A sliding scale payment option is available. 
Eligibility is based on current income. Please inform me if you need assistance to help reduce the cost of your care.
